REVALUATION UPDATE:

IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR HOME AFTER 10/1/2023 AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT, PLEASE CONTACT THE ASSESSOR'S OFFICE AT 203-271-6620.

A new Notice of Assessment has been mailed to those who had an informal meeting with eQuality Valuation Services, LLC.  If you would like to further appeal your assessment, you may file an application with the Board of Assessment Appeals.  The application will be available in the Assessor's office and on the Town of Cheshire website on February 1, 2024. Please note that the application must be received in the Assessor's office by 4:00pm on February 20, 2024, postmarks and late applications will not be accepted.
