STREET EXCAVATION PERMITS
Street excavation permits are required before work begins within the Town's roads or right-of-ways.

Requirements:
Certificate of Insurance;
Bond in the amount of $3,000.00;
Call Before You Dig number;
Permit application;
Permit application fee
This is in accordance with Section 14-1(F)(2) of the Cheshire Code of Ordinances.
STREET LIGHT OUTAGES
Residents who observe non-functioning street lights should contact the Public Works Department at 203-271-6650. Please provide pole number if possible.
