Rights of Way

The Right of Way (ROW) is a portion of land abutting a public road.  The ROW belongs to the Town.

No structures, either above ground or underground, are permitted in the ROW.
This includes fences, masonry columns or mailbox surrounds, invisible dog fence wires, and irrigation lines.

Large plantings (trees, shrubs) are not permitted either.

These prohibitions are to protect your investment; if the Town needs access to the ROW, such installations may be damaged or removed.
